TINY TOTS
Tiny Tots is designed for children aged 3 and 4 years. The class emphasizes the development of motor skills, body awareness and control, social skills, cognitive growth, and confidence building. Introduction to basic tumbling skills enhances strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The program provides a structured yet engaging environment to support both learning and enjoyment.
TUMBLING
Tumbling classes at Flipz focus on rolls, cartwheels, handstands, backbends, walkovers, and flips—depending on level. These are available for ages 3 and up, separated by skill level and age to ensure proper progression and safety.


CHEER
Introductory to intermediate cheer classes blend dance, chants, jumps, stunting, and tumbling. Designed for ages 5 and up, these classes help build teamwork, spirit, and performance readiness. Ideal for those preparing to join school squads or competitive cheer teams.
AGILITY TRAINING
A high-energy class focused on speed, reaction time, footwork, and coordination. Agility classes are perfect for ages 5–12 and benefit all young athletes—whether involved in sports or just needing an outlet for their energy. Think obstacle courses, ladder drills, and cone work.


ADULTS
Flipz offers adult classes and open gym options for ages 16 and up. Whether you're looking to revisit your tumbling roots, stay fit, or try something new, these sessions are supportive, fun, and welcoming to all fitness levels.
DANCE
Recreational dance classes for ages 2 through teens, focusing on styles like ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. Dance at Flipz emphasizes rhythm, expression, and movement while building confidence and coordination.
